British Customs Cat Delete X-Pipe for Liquid Cooled Triumph
Why would you want to install an X-pipe aftermarket motorcycle exhaust header on your Triumph?
The catalytic converters that come included with stock Triumphs are designed to restrict the flow of exhaust with additional packing, resulting in a quieter, dampened, “sewing machine” engine sound. Installing an X-Pipe motorcycle performance exhaust in its place lightens up your bike and frees up the flow of air, resulting in an instantly louder growl in your exhaust tone, increased engine performance, and weight savings.
We’ve taken the guesswork out of installation by using the stock locating pin and left side frame bolt for a factory fit, and we eliminated the need for gaskets with a notched, slip fit design. This stainless steel motorcycle exhaust is handmade in CA, where it is crafted from 304 stainless steel, mandrel bent, cut, and TIG welded on site.

2021+ (EURO-5) models and Thruxton RS: Some 2021+ models and Thruxton RS's may not work with the X-Pipe, since newer models have the intermediate/mid-pipes welded onto the catalytic converter. To verify this, check under your bike from the front of the frame to confirm if your intermediate/mid-pipe is welded on or fastened by a band clamp.
